The project covers an area of 150,000 m² and includes 7 buildings: 3 restroom facilities, an administrative building, one investment building, and 2 investment restaurants, in addition to two observation towers.
It features a 2,100-meter-long and 3-meter-wide rubberized walking track, and a cycling path of the same dimensions, along with a 2,200-meter-long protective seawall.
Additional facilities include designated barbecue and seating areas, 5 beach shower buildings, shaded seating structures, interlock walkways, full landscaping with planting beds, and lighting poles.
Parking is distributed across 3 areas within the park and can accommodate over 1,000 vehicles.
