The project spans an area of 150,000 m² and includes 8 buildings, comprising a jet ski facility, a bicycle rental building, 3 restroom facilities, an administrative building, one investment building, and 3 investment restaurants, in addition to two observation towers.
It features a 2,100-meter-long and 3-meter-wide rubberized walking track, and a cycling path of the same dimensions, along with a 2,200-meter-long protective seawall.
The project also includes 5 beach shower facilities, barbecue and seating areas, shaded structures, interlock walkways, full landscaping with planting beds, and lighting poles.
Parking is distributed across 3 areas, accommodating more than 1,000 vehicles.
